Each invoice is due in 14 days. After the due date, if it remains unpaid, your workspace is suspended - not deleted. Your data stays intact. Once payment is received, access is restored immediately.
Who counts as a veterinarian for billing?
We count veterinarians in your workspace: active or invited (not yet accepted), plus any vet who had medical records in the month before the invoice - even if they are no longer active. Global administrators are excluded. Solo = 1 vet, Duo = 2, Unlimited = 3 or more.
What happens when I add or remove a veterinarian?
On every invoice we recalculate the package (Solo, Duo, or Unlimited) using the rule above. A second active or invited vet moves you to Duo on the next invoice; if a vet is no longer active/invited and had no medical records in the month before the invoice, they drop out of the count and the tier can decrease.
Can I pay 6 or 12 months upfront?
No. Subscription is billed monthly only. Each invoice covers the upcoming month at your current package.
Can I migrate data from Digitail, SoftVet, or another system?
Yes. MAVO imports data from Digitail, OpenVet, and EasyVet. For other systems, we help with manual import. Migration is included at no extra cost.
Are there any hidden costs?
No module upsells. Your package includes every feature. You pay separately only for SMS, extra AI usage beyond the 75 included credits per month, and audio storage - exactly what you use.
Is there a limit on patients or staff?
No limit on patients. Assistants, reception, and accounting users are unlimited. Only veterinarians determine Solo, Duo, or Unlimited pricing.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Europe, with regular backups. Data is never deleted - even if access is suspended.
How does the free trial work?
14 days of full access, no card required. Exploring and setting up your clinic earns extra days from milestones - automatically, with no fixed maximum stated here. No features are restricted during the trial.
